Please help a new member!

We just installed our first board this week. I notice that when I write on it, the lines look "squiggly" rather than straight, like writing on an etch-a-sketch, etc. Is that normal?

No, that's not normal. You might want to search for the term "spiking" on the forum. Or call tech support.
