Problems running!

I have installed Activstudio and I am trying to run it without Promethean board, but it throws me this error. What should i do?

Do you have the latest version of the software? I believe it may not have a lock like this version.

I would unplug your board from the wall and computer, reset everything and try again.... Your ICON on the desktop is showing V3, but make sure you have the drivers too.....
