Help: Actiboard Pen's

Hi there,

We recently purchased some Activeboards and some of the pens seem to right click randomly while teachers are drawing things on the board's :mad:. Is there any reason for this and if so how would we go about fixing it?

Pens shouldn't randomly right click. Talk you your local Promethean Tech Support. They should be able to sort it.

This might seem very simple, but make sure the teachers aren't clicking the button on the pen, as that is the right click button.

There is also a tool in the toolstore that will disable the right click. That could be a temporary fix until you get new pens.
