A Primary teacher at our school recently searched for images in Google through ActivPrimary v3.6's built-in browser. When she clicked on a link it directed her to a download site for Antivirus2009 malware.
Fortunately, our AV system caught the download before it started - however, the site changed the ActivPrimary web browser default homepage to the malware download page. The only way to change this back was to give her new AP settings files.
Does anyone know of a way of locking the default homepage so that it can't be changed? Or is there a security setting like in IE or Firefox that can be turned up to make the browser more secure?
Thanks,
Tim Butterworth
