I want to keep the same page style and items on every page of a flipchart. How do I do this?! Thank you!

To create multiple pages with the same items, open up the page organizer. You know, the button which shows you a thumbnail picture of each page. Click once on the page you wish to make multiple copies of and then on the page organizer toolbar you will see a picture of 2 pages next to each other. That is the duplicate button. Click it as many times as you need copies of the page and there you have it. Lots of the same page.

I have two similar questions, but they apply to previously completed flipcharts.
Is there a way to add an object, like an Activote icon, to each page of an existing flipchart without copying it separately to each flipchart page? I have been using the Page Selector tool and copying objects that way, but it is time consuming doing so one by one.
Secondly, is there a way to change the background color or background image on multiple flipchart pages at one time? I'm thinking of a feature that would be similar to PowerPoint's "Apply to All Slides" feature for both of these questions. Thanks for your help.

Have you thought about making a page the way you like with the new object on it and then adding that page to your my resource flipchart page? Just a thought. :)

No, actually I haven't. That's a good idea for future flipcharts since I tend to just start from scratch. However I would like to update flipcharts I have already made, and I was hoping for an easier way to copy the changes onto multiple pages at one time.

Pat,

Using the Page Selector (the button with the 3 flipchart pages and the arrow) and simply drag the icon your want to copy onto the new page. Then select "Copy Here" and the new icon will appear in the same place on the new page. Hope this helps, and sorry it took so long!

Thanks for the message. I use the Page Selector tool and the "Copy Here" button a lot. I was just wondering whether there's any way to copy an object onto more than one page at a time. For example, I made a flipchart and decided to put a cute little dragon on each page after I completed the flipchart. I would love to copy the dragon to the spot on the first page and then click on something that would copy it to all 20 pages at once. Do you know of such a feature? I am also curious if there is a similar feature that would allow me to change the backgrounds of all the pages in an already completed flipchart at one time, be it a different color or an image. Maybe it's not something many others would use, but I find myself wishing for a way to make these kinds of changes quite often. Any hope?
