accessing resources is a problem

I've downloaded the Activprimary software, but for some reason I can't seem to access all the tools/resources (such as shapes, lines etc) when i'm in the Promethean application. If I access them direct from my hard drive the folder opens. But they just look empty when I go into the resource library whilst I'm trying to make a flipchart. Any suggestions greatly appreciated! I'm not very technically minded so this could be something v.obvious :confused:

Try going into your "preferences" and check to see where the software thinks they are "housed." It could be that either this is set wrong or your resources are installed in a "strange" place. I'll attach a screenshot that shows where my resources our housed on my computer.
