trouble with activote

HI ALL,
Pls help me. I have 13 activote - not working. When i press any button, i have only red light. So that i can not regist activote with hup. (Althought i changed the batteries)

Have they been registered? If they have, then it sounds like you need to call your local Promethean Technical Support.

Also can you identify which type of Activote devices they are? If they are the more recent ones they will have a little radio frequency symbol on them between the red and green lights. If they were purchased over 18 months ago they will be older devices - panic not though they should still work. Let us know and we can help further.
Also, for future reference battery replacement is indicated in the registration window against each device.
