How do I import clipart from other files. Specifically, I am trying to import a clipart image from my Microsoft downloaded collections.????

You can just drag them from the Microsoft clipart search box across to the flipchart. You can then put them from the flipchart into your resource library if you want (sometimes they will only go in collections not images - I haven't figured out the pattern)

Drag and Drop images and videos into Activprimary 3

One of the reasons I love working with Activprimary and Activstudio is that I am a visual learner! I've attached a3 page flipchart with an embedded movie that demonstrates how I use drag and drop in Activprimary3. I used a Windows Vista laptop and all of the movies I have in my Video folder are compatible with Activprimary.

PS: The ALT + Tab key was a Windows technique I had forgotten about, until Peter L reminded me. I use it almost daily when working in Activprimary.

- Run Word and get the clipart showing.
- Then run Activprimary. This will hide Word.
- Then press the Alt-Tab key combination in order to task switch back to Word.
- In the top right corner of Word, click the 'Restore Down' button (next to the Close button). This takes Word out of fullscreen and into a sizable window.
- Size and position the Word window so that you can see the Activprimary flipchart behind.
- Drag the clipart from Word and drop in onto the flipchart.

Hope this makes sense.
