Please be gentle, this is my first post.
A couple of simple questions,
I can't find any quick/simple way to "crop" clipart (apart from going via the clipboard, into Publisher & back out again, any ideas?
Also, it it possible to have two(or more) countdown clocks, I prepared a end of term Christmas quiz & some sections needed 4 minutes but others only two minutes, are multiple clocks on different slides possible?
Thanks in anticipation

As for your first question, you can use the camera tool to select just the area of the image you want (after you put in on the page) and choose the choice add it to the page. Then delete the original one.
There are several "types" of camera tools: full screen, area, point to point and freehand. All but the full screen one should do the trick.

Welcome to the forum Jets.
Regarding the clock, you can have a countdown clock on each page. The Promethean clock is set every time you use it. It can't be preset when you prepare the flipchart.

Probably the best way to achieve the different countdown times on each page is to put a countdown action object on each page with the parameter set to the countdown time you want. You'll find a countdown clock action object in the image library (action objects). See attached.

Thanks folks,
I'll give them a try on the dreaded 5th January (unless the right 6 numbers come up on the national lottery before then)

Daniel, I've attached a training flipchart I've used with teachers to deconstruct and to model how 3 clocks on one page can be used to support differentiation (the student can choose the time he/she thinks they might need to complete the activity.
