Need Troubleshooting help with registering Activotes

When I go to register activotes and click on a country ( I hae tried both United Kingdom and USA) I get the following response. "Your present hardware and softwarecombination is not permitted for this country>" No one here knows what to do to fix the problem. Can anyone offer help? Thanks. B. Nalan

Try turning everything off. PC and Activboard. Then turn the Activboard on. Then the PC. See if that doesn't fix it.

I think it has to do with which country your operating system is set at. They should be the same. If that doesn't help then you need to call your local Promethean Tech support.

I've had this before. I had the latest driver etc, turning off and on did nothing, so I had to uninstall the latest driver, then reinstall it again. Problem solved, worked fine. This issue has come up before and this worked. +wave+
