editing an assessment

I am trying to edit an assessment I already saved using Activotes. I need to add a new question to the end and change some options. How do I open the flipchart to allow those changes to be made? I originally used Question master and created my own questions.

Open the flipchart in Studio or Primary. On a page with an Activote question, go into Design Mode, right click over a blank area of the page, go to Activote settings and edit in that panel that appears.

To add a question at the end, in Design Mode on the last page right click and Insert New Page After Current Page. Go to the new page, add you questions and answer options but ensure that each part (question letter, question and answers) are all separate text objects. Right click over a blank area of the page again and choose Activote settings and set up the page there.

I'm curious. I've recently discovered the right click Activote option. You suggest doing it in Design Mode. Is there a reason why Design Mode would be better than doing the same thing in Presentation Mode?

I'm just not a fan of Design Mode. I like to be able to see what my page is going to look like while I'm creating, but I realize we all have our own styles. I'm just curious if there are differences between the Design and Presentation Mode Activote options.

I don't think you HAVE to go in Design Mode for this to work.

I was thinking that the first poster was using Primary in which case she would have to be in design mode. Otherwise I do agree with you. I don't like design mode in Studio. Sorry if I was causing confusion.

How do I do this in ActivInspire 1.2 for Activote questions? I would like to check/change answers that I assigned.

Go to "Edit" and then choose "question on current page"

:D Thank you for such a quick response. Is there a particular thread or Activtip or something that I can read other than the help file to learn about creating questions. I didn't get much in depth information from the help file.
