View Full Version : Why Are Doodahs Sticky?

Hi all

I've been an enthusiastic user of Anne's doodahs (objects that you pull in from the side of the page with material on)

But, as I try to create my own there's on thing I'm missing - Anne's are sticky, if I drag some pen writing onto it, it will stay, and then I can move the doodah with the pen on top

I suspect it's something to do with the layers (or perhaps as a container?), but I've taken it apart and can't seem to create my own from scratch

Can anyone help with a simple explanation of how to create them here please
Cheers

Hi Tim

Its a container set to contain anything. In my version I take a rectangle and set it to be a container that contains anything. I then group it with a triangle which acts as the pointer peeking out from the edge of the page. I then drag the completed stickie onto my Shortcut Toolbar (the third column of the Activstudio toolbox).
