Without going overboard.. (i.e. having too many subsets) what would your reminder prompt sheet checklist/ sequence/training ladder look like for training other users... here is mine so far but wondered if others have taken it further. Something I would like to add structure to the training, self training we do in our school.

As we train here are some items it will be great to go through....
Can use Setup Tips Sheet and change preferences to best set.
Can use board with my normal software
Can use board with interactive sites using bookmarks I have found/ made
I can download charts from PrometheanPlanet
Learn how to use desktop mode and mark over what you do.
Powertools Toolbar (dice, protractor, ruler etc.)
I can adapt someone elses flipchart
I can use the highlighter on charts
I can use spotlight and blinds tools
I can use camera tool
I can use resources library and search it
I can import new resource packs
I understand design and presentation mode (how it affects toolbars etc.)
Can customise my toolbars
Understand layers (bottom, middle, top) and background and how to lock objects.
I can make background colour transparent or whole object transparent
I can create a hide and revel through drag n drop or use of rubber
I can use the properties icon
Can create property containers
Can create property actions
Can create property restrictors (rotations, along a path etc.)
Can use tickertape
I understand about shared flipcharts when on school network and at home
Activ-vote creation

We could then divide the list into beginner, achiever, expert and "out of this world!" I can add to save and collate above if others have stuff/ ideas to add.

Have a look on Prometheanlearning.com and you'll get an outline of how we have broken down the software into suitable chunks.

For beginners face to face training I find looking at the annotation tools, adding and editing text, using the Resource Library, camera tool and main presentation tools plus saving and opening, are about enough for an initial session.
