Activote registration

When registering the 32 Activotes with our Promethean, we are getting a little dot (•) when registering #16. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's a new one! Have you tried registering a different handset as number 16? If it still persisit, it sounds like you need to call our Tech Support.
