Has anyone had success in fixing a dropped activote?

Hmm...had loads dropped, but never one break. Not very helpful, I know, but I would speak to tech support to see what they say. +wave+

What specifically are the symptoms, or is it just not working at all? Any lights or anything else working on the vote?
