ActivBoard Blips

HI,
I have a used ActivBoard. When I write on it with the pen tool. I get blips like you might see on a heart monitor. It makes it very hard to write and read it! What can I do?:confused:

Check your driver version to make sure you have the latest one. If it continues, call Customer Care as there may be a glitch in your board. They will be able to help diagnose the problem. 888-652-2848, Option 3. The Customer Care team in the US is awesome!
