Backgrounds

A colleague emailed me with a question that I thought I'd put out on the forum:

"I have been playing around with backgrounds on ActivStudio and it seems that the scale for the backgrounds don't seem to match the scale for my flipchart pages. Every time I add a background, it is "too big" for the page and only part of it shows. I tried playing around with the settings in ActivStudio, but I couldn't find anything useful. I updated my settings so that "best fit" was used when creating a new flipchart, but that hasn't helped. Any ideas?"

you need to change the page settings & not the flipchart settings
When a background is on the page then double click on the page & choose properties from the toolbox. Go to appearance & select the tile fit options - best fit is probably the best option from the list to pick but have a play

If they then save the background into their resources it will then add to the page with the fit they have selected.
