Restrictor HELP please

I am having difficulties with this chart please help. I have checked the restrictors and cannot find out why it will not listen haha. Any help would be great. I want the pen lines to move either horizontally or vertically only.

Never mind, I think I figured out my own problem. I think I was in design mode and didn't switch out, therefore the restrictors weren't working. Shows I am still a newbie! lol kgpotter:p

Just been looking at this for last few minutes, could not see a problem and was about to suggest Design Mode. Well spotted.

Don't worry. We were all 'newbies' once. And there's never a silly question so always ask it.

I so agree. That would of been a hard one for a veteran to find. Keep on trying-that is what we are here for. :)
