Question:


The staff members at my school who have installed ActivPrimary on their laptops are experiencing a little problem.....


Everytime they open a flipchart (even those created using ActivStudio) the flip opens up in ActivPrimary.


Is there any way to avoid this from happening? :confused:

If you right click on your flipchart before opening you will get an option to "Open with" From this point you can choose to open with Professional OR Primary. If you go to the "Choose Program ... " option, you can change your preferences here. At the bottom of the screen is a box to check that says, "always use the selected program to open this kind of file." This should solve the problem!

Whichever version of Activsoftware you installed last on your computer will be the program with which the flipchart will open when you double click on it.

The most efficient way of sorting/coping with this is to launch the program AS/AP and then navigate to the flipchart wherever it is saved and open this way....
