View Full Version : User Experience
Trivial issue - but how long to I have to wait until I am no longer a "newbie"? I am one of the more experienced users at my school, but my posts all say "newbie."
I think it has to do with how many posts on the forum. It is not 'newbie' to Promethean products but 'newbie' to Promethean Planet!

After you make 10 Forum posts you will go from "Newbie" to "Member".
Looks like you need just 1 more post! :)

The more posts you make, the higher your 'rank' gets.
I think it goes from Newbie to Member to Senior Member to Activgenuis/wizard (just kidding about the last one).

David - When you get past 10,000, your name changes to Harry Potter, so there is still hope! :-)

Scott,
Did you say you had lots of PULL when it comes to changing someone's title from member to activmember? I thought that's what you said, right !!! Maybe I can convince you to have my name moved up on the ladder...( I have a picture of you taken in Sarasota)...:D What did you say? Karen, don't you think he should move me up the ladder...LOL:rolleyes:
Maybe it might be better for me to continue to visit the forum. Just thought I'd throw in a laugh. Bren

Sorry, but shouldn't a dead user be tagged as deACTIVated...
