Can anyone suggest what is Activcataloger meant for?:confused:

What it does is create a flipchart with a thumbnail for all items within the selected folder

For example, if you open up the cataloguer & choose to catalogue your flipcharts folder. It will create a new flipchart with thumbnails for each of your existing flipcharts. For flipchart objects the thumbnail is a link to the flipchart. For other resource objects it is just a list of what resources you have. I know that people in the past have used it to create a catalogue of their resources that they can print out instead of just searching through the resources.

This is very useful if you plan to use just one page from a flipchart and don't remember which flipchart it is in! It allows you to see all of the pages of every flipchart, so you can find that one page.
