What is Activannotation Upgrader for?

Anyone have any idea what is Activannotation Upgrader for?:confused:

This is for people who have upgraded from v1. In v1 there was a large library of annotations that could draw all sorts of things - from shapes, to vehicles to mathematical symbols.
V2 & V3 don't have these resources. So the cataloguer is used to take all these v1 objects & add them to the annotation folder of the v2/3 library so people who were used to using all these shapes could still use them in the newer version.

If we are user that start off with Activstudio v3, Activannotation is useless, right?
