Resource Library

After installing CD 2 and downloading the resource library on a colleague's laptop, the items from the resource library don't appear in the tree? It's weird that she can search for items in the resource library, but it won't populate a list of shared collections/images, etc.....I know the resources are there since she can search for them, and I've tried re-indexing her library, but it won't show up? Any ideas, suggestions?

First, I would suggest that you might want to check out the ActivResource Manager, and see if you can find the Shared Resources there.

If that doesn't work out, you might also might want to search in Windows Explorer for one of the folders, and see where they are located.

Sorry, we have the same issue in Singapore due to Activstudio Resource CD is Malay version.

System with English OS don't understand the resource, but able to see the file in Explorer.
