Random Shapes Appearing on Board

My Promethean Board is creating random shapes while I’m drawing on it. I rebooted it twice before it would work again. Any suggestions or have you heard of something like this?

I haven't heard of this happening yet, but maybe you can give us some more information so we can help you out:) Is it happening when you are using a specific tool (the pen, for instance) or all the time? Is it possibly you have selected a shape from the pen modifier toolbox? Are the shapes staying on the board, or do they appear and then disappear?
