I would like to record a flipchart with voice and post this on my website for a student that is homebound. I know how to record a flipchart but not sure how to get the voice to record and would I have to convert it to post it on my webpage? Thanks for any suggestions!+wave+????

Hi Sharon,
If you've recorded a flipchart before using Full Screen Recorder, you don't need to change anything when you add sound. Just plug in your microphone and narrate as you record the flipchart. Then your voice will be recorded with any movements you make on the screen.
The resulting file will be an AVI, which anyone can open. They can get quite large though, so you may want to play with an online converter to convert it to a different file format which will reduce the size.
Cheers,
Rosie

When you pull up the Video Recorder menu, you can also change the compression settings so the file sizes are more manageable.

And if you have already recorded something, there are some very nice compression software packages out there. I can recommend one for Mac, called iSquint. If you download it, you will see just how simple it is. There is also one that will work with a PC (I know this is a PC thread), but I honestly cannot remember its name right now.
