A chance comment by a visitor to the recent Scottish Learning Festival in Glasgow (at which the Promethean stand was packed by the way - thanks to all the visitors to the stand) made me start thinking. This lady was a tutor at a College and as an increasing number of HE/FE institutions are adopting IWB Technology I thought I would seek your opinions.
I have spent a few years delivering Soft Skills training in North America, the Middle & Far East and Europe and the visitor mentioned that at her college they are starting to offer courses to bridge the gap between full-time education and work.
Does anyone else offer this type of course? They included elements such as Culture (i.e. Hoffstede), Belbin, DiSC by Marston, Team Building, Leadership, Negotiation Skills (not just for sales/purchasing guys), Assertiveness Techniques, etc.
Do you have any flipcharts you would like to share or would you be interested in some if they were available?
I look forward to hearing from you.
