Activslate w/ document camera ?

Hi all - I was hoping someone had ideas for this teacher with using their document camera software with the Activboard.

"I was able to connect the doc cam to the ActivBoard and run the Avervision software on my laptop and see what was under my doc cam on my laptop screen.

When I run the ActivStudio software everything looks fine and looks good on the ActivBoard…the PROBLEM is that when I go to the Desktop overlay, pen function, highlighter function, etc, the screen flickers on the outside edges and the pen works sporadically. It will draw, but hesitates and flickers when I have a word circled, etc.
Any ideas how I can fix this problem?"

It is possible that with software running and layers of complexity added the computer is running out of gas!
The easiest thing to do is to upgrade to 3.7 and then insert (via the Insert From menu) the pictures from your doc camera direct into the flipchart.

I recently obtained a document camera. I am running 3.7 on a Macbook. I can't seem to find Insert From. Is this available on the Mac, or am I lookiong in the wrong place?

This camera is made by a competitor and it takes over the computer's output, bypassing AS3. Is there any hope for me in getting this to work?

Sorry Bill, but there isn't a 3.7 for Mac :(

OOOOPS!
I meant I was running 3.6, and did not see the menu item there.
So I guess it does not exist in 3.6 and Macs don't have 3.7.
Bummer.
