Activstudio and Vista (again)

One of our teachers loaded ActivStudio at home and it crashed her Vista system. Now her ActivStudio files are corrupt, but she can work with them. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Unfortunately I dont have any more details.

Tech Support can assist in the proper loading of the software for versions older than 3.5. Anything 3.5 or newer should load with zero problems on Vista. :D

Hi all,
I was advised updating the ACTIVdriver to its new version from promethean support when I faced such problems and also you may update the Activstudio to its new version
