View Full Version : Activprimary 3 unexpectedly quits

We've all just had new MacBooks at school with Version 3. Only had them a week or so but ActivPrimary 3 keeps coming up with 'unexpectedly quit' on my colleague's Mac. Does anyone know if there is a cure?! ????

Do you know the version of 3 you have? I think you have to have a pretty current version to work with the latest MacBooks.

Our district is having multiple issues with ActivPrimary. We are running Leopard with build 117 on most machines and 114 on some. It seems there are more issues with the 3.6.117 version. The program will just quit while students are working on the board. Also another curious issue is the text tool. Students will click on an object and a text box will open. Any suggestions to try to correct these issues? Our teachers are getting so frustrated!

Are the above probs happening on both admin and standard accounts? Possible try a permissions fix?
