Can only view free course tutorials 1 time????

I took the Level 1 Foundations course last spring when I got my board and now that I am more familiar with the software, I'd like to revisit the site - however, I am unable to view the tutorials again....since it was a free course, I assumed that I could go back and review at any time..but, I get only a white screen when I click on the links....I have download the latest flash software and updated my driver and deleted temp browser history - even tossed the cookies - still no video. The other videos work fine (tips and tricks) - so I'm wondering if you can only view the tutorial one time after getting the certificate??? Doesn't make sense.Any ideas??Thanks, Lisa O

I don't know why you can't get in again but the simplest solution would be to just re register.

Thank you - I thought that was the answer - I re registered - but I guess enough of my answers were the same (name and school system, etc.) that I wasn't able to get in - although it did allow me to take the MAC tutorials....I don't get it. Pop up windows just turn white - even with new username and id.....all other videos are fine (MAC version I tried by mistake - all worked fine)
