accessing help and tutorials

I feel like this is a rather dumb question but here goes...how do you access a the "help" on prom.planet? What about searching for specific tutorials?

Not a dumb question at all.

I guess that depends on what you are needing help with:

If it is a technical question, I would first try to Knowledgebase located under the Support Tab.

If is is a navigational question (about using Planet itself or finding resources), you should try looking here:

You will find a Video Overview, a printable Getting Started Booklet and FAQ's
Or... for searching for resources, try here:

And you can always search the forum! You may find that someone already asked the question!

And lastly, no, the Activtips videos area not searchable, but that is an excellent idea!

Don't forget that if you right click (Control Click on the Mac) any of the tools in the toolbar, it will bring up a help file specific to that tool.
