Hi, my role in Promethean is to head up the UK Channel Partners and Resellers. Because of my position I am keen to understand what the community think are the best and worst attributes, experiences and qualities of Prometheans reseller channel?

Hopefully I can then feed this back into our Partners to enable you to benefit by having a better 'customer' experience?
