I have been reading and viewing everything I can, but I still cannot get my text boxes to snap back when placed in an incorrect container. It will give the reward sound when contained, but I can place it anywhere. I am sure I have "return if not contained" selected. I see many of you have already dealt with them. Can you please give me any other suggestions?
I apologize for the simplicity of my chart. I didn't want to get too involved until I got it to work!

Hi Stephanie,

I downloaded your flipchart and did a few quick tests.

I tried "people" in the correct place and it did contain and play a reward sound. I tried "United" in that place and it did snap back for me.

I also tried "union" in the correct place and it did contain and play the reward sound. I tried to put "people" in that spot and it did snap back as it should.

I didn't test out all of the combinations but the ones I did test seemed to work for me.

Are you testing in "Design Mode" or "Presentation Mode?" I'm trying in Presentation Mode.

Oh my gosh! Could it really be that simple? I was testing in Design Mode. It worked in Presentation mode. thanks, Lisa! I was pulling my hair out (which would not be pretty)!

Yea!!![clap][clap][clap]

You should submit the flipchart when you get it finished. We are just about to make a Political Science theme live and I think this would be a good idea for others to use!

Stephanie, I was going to suggest that you submit it but Lisa beat me to it. In our district everyone has to do something on Constitution Day and this would be great for my 3rd graders next year. I like your idea!

I uploaded it the resources, and its title is "What is the Constitution?" You should find it with the keyword "Constitution." Thanks :)

Yes, and you'll also find it in the new Political Science Theme here:

Hello I have just looked at the new politcal science and they will be excellent to show some tecniques to some staff next week.

I was stumped by the revel exercise on page 11 of the CONGRESS flipchart and wondered if you could explain how this is set up.

When you click on the red circle the text behind the box comes to the front - I had a go by decostructing it but couldn't make the text move infront of the box.

I hope you can help

It looks like the buttons are set to send the text boxes to the back, which can be done in the object edit, then object properties menu. Click actions and object (I think). I was not able to deconstruct all of the pieces, either. However, I believe this is how it is done. Try it!
