Crashes using Vista

Hi-
We just upgraded to Dell Tablets running Vista and we have been having several crashes and on restart it asks to install the ActiveStudio driver (whichis installed) several times. This happens after each crash.

We are also having loss of connectivity when plugged in and crashing of the application.

All our issues are only with the laptops running Vista and Tablet.

Anyone else running Vista?

I am running Vista and the software works fine, has for just under a year now, but I am on a laptop, not a tablet. Suggestions: the setting for viewing the flipchart has to be correct: tablets distort the size of images seen on their screen. Also, make sure you are running the most current form of the software: 3.7. Anything less than 3.5 has issues with Vista (if my memory serves me correct). If you call Technical Support, they should be able to walk you through all this. 888-652-2848 and then option #3.

Yes, I had this same problem with my Dell laptop and it kept asking me for several times to insert the CD though it was installed. I tried many things till my problem was resolved. I tried updating the Activstudio software to the newest version and updating the driver too. I tried deleting the %temp% files on my computer and it worked fine later.
