New Year Question

It is a brand new school year, my second w/ Promethean board. Do I have to do any thing special to start using the voters again after a three month hiatus? When I tried to use one this week, it flashed red earnestly but never switched over to green. Does any one have any recommendations for me?

Were you trying to re-register or assign to a student? Did it do this with all of the voters, a few, or one? After 4 years, I have never had to re-register, but I have needed to change the batteries in the Activotes.
