Sorry if this post is in the wrong place but I have been knocking on lots of doors for 2 months now and getting nowhere.
I live and work in the TRNC which is also known as North Cyprus. I want to introduce Promethean to the education system over here and as far as I know no one else has yet.
There does not appear to be a Turkish partner and the Greek Cyprus Partner is proving very difficult due to the travelling over the border problems. I have tried to talk to someone who can move things forward for me. We are quite capable of becoming a partner we have all the facilities and great potential. I just want to talk to the right people.
If the reason I am getting nowhere is because of the "Cyprus Problem" I need the people who can make the decisions to realise that the children over here are already disadvantaged educationally in many ways not least by having to pay out far more than should be necessary. I have already tackled the British Council about their exhorbitant fees and am on a mission to enable each school to become their own examination centre so they are not held to ranson by the BC. We want the promethean technology over here. I have used it for years in England. How can I make this happen? who do I get in touch with? Please can someone help?
Yours hopefully Carol????
