We have 3 sets of activotes. The idea is they are in the media center for checkout. We register them and they work fine on the first computer. Put the hub on a computer in a second classroom and they are still registered fine. Move the hub to a 3rd computer and the registration is messed and has to be redone. Are others seeing this problem?

If you plug the hub back in to one of the PC's that the registration data was alright on, does it remain "messed up".
Can you confirm that the software and drivers are the same on all three machines. To find out the driver version you can right click on the little whiteboard icon on the on the task bar and click about.
For the version number of the software load ActivStudio or Primary, click on the Promethean man logo, then click either help or Support, the software version number should be here.

We have the newest software and drivers. We just got 11 boards. I didn't try going back to the last board. The 3rd board showed 33 votes registered. I am going to try a clean register and move them myself Friday. The District is saying there are issues and buy extra hubs. We are planning on putting these boards through out the District. This is not good if we cannot move them room to room. I have 3 cases ($5100) for my teachers to check out. That is a lot of money!! It is a pain to register and the teachers aren't going to want to do this everytime they checkout a case. Especially the lower grades (k-2)

Extra hubs will not help as votes can only be registered to one hub at a time. You need to talk to tech support to find out what is wrong.
