Mouse Problems [Archive] - Promethean Planet Forums

We have recently installed Activprimary V1.2.2 onto a Windows 2000 Pro PC (With all window updates installed) the problem I am having is that the mouse on the PC goes crazy when the Interacyive whiteboard is running. The pen for the whiteboard works fine , but as I said the mouse jumps all over the screen, could this be a driver problem?

I too have a problem like this on windows xp.
could some one please shed some light.
