I posted this on the Software forum area yesterday but should probably have posted here...spot the first-timer!+wave+

I'm looking at ways we at Promethean can make Help (and any other 'user documentation') more...helpful! People use Help in different ways, at different times, for different things, so I'm really interested in your thoughts on what does and does not work for you and your colleagues.

If you want to do a 'Top 10' items that would be great.

One of the ways that I always show help is the right click the tool feature. Teachers really like using that, because it pulls up the specific help file, and they also like the "Practical Example" at the bottom of some of them.
