View Full Version : Problems With Promethean Planet

I am having problems logging onto the home page. I can only view the forum and the tutorials. I cannot view any of the resources or flip charts. I have just recently starting having this problem. I am using the same computer and the same login. The computer just keeps idling (I think that's what it's called). I am able to log onto all other sites except the Promethean sites. Please, please help. Any suggestions? I am so sorry if I posted in the wrong place. This is the only place I found a "Post New Thread" icon.

You are not alone :eek:- alot of us have been having problems. It has been suggested that you delete all cookies and try again, or try to link from the link on a search engine. once I did this and reset my home page everything seems O.K. See this thread

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I deleted the cookies (had to google to find out how to do this) and it worked! I am so excited again. I can now view flipcharts again. I'm going for my first training session tomorrow. Our school received 10 boards this summer, and I was one of the lucky ones. Thanks again and have a great day.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I deleted the cookies (had to google to find out how to do this) and it worked! I am so excited again. I can now view flipcharts again. I'm going for my first training session tomorrow. Our school received 10 boards this summer, and I was one of the lucky ones. Thanks again and have a great day.
