Hi everyone! I have been looking and I haven't found any reference to my question yet. If there is, I apologize for asking it again. I was wondering if there was any way to select multiple text boxes to edit the entire contents. For example, I have student names individually at the bottom of a page for the students to drag under their lunch choice. After I typed all of their names (at home) I realized that the font needed to be larger and a different color. Is there a way to select all of the individual text boxes and edit them all at once instead of having to select and edit each name? Thank you in advance for any tips you may have.

I don't think there is any way to select several and edit the text for all at once. There is however a way to copy the format of one (text size & color) and put it on all the others. I know this works on the PC side and I'm sure there is some equivalent on the MAC. You may have to play around a bit.
On the PC side select the eye dropper and hold the ctrl key while you click on the format you would like to duplicate. Then select the paint bucket and hold the ctrl key while you click the ones that you would like to change.

This also works on the Mac, but you hold down the Alt (or option) key instead of the control key. You can only change one word at a time though. And, since you're making the text larger, you'll have to make all of the text boxes larger so you can see all of the text.

Thank you both! I will have to try that!
