Problem with pen???

When I touch the pen to the board to use any tool it shows a yellow box that looks like a sticky note with lines (handwriting lines). I have no idea where it came from or how to rid of it. When I use the tools with my mouse they work fine..... it only happens when I use the pen. Any ideas? :confused: HELP Please!!

It is to do with the Ink Preferences in your Mac, and suggests that you may be running an older version of Activstudio OR have an older Activ Driver.
Make sure you have the latest version of Activ software 3 - download that through the Dashboard, and that you have an up-to-date Driver.
You don't really want to turn off Ink as that will disable the Recognition function.

Another possible cause is if you have "Allow me to ink in any application" turned on in your ink preferences. To turn it off, open your system preferences, open Ink, check to ensure that you are on the settings tab, and uncheck the box that says "Allow me to ink in any application". This should resolve it.
