Finding Items on Promethean Planet

During training today we realized that when we do the search in resources for resource packs we are often getting flipcharts. We are all picking the resource pack button but it is only showing us flipcharts. Any ideas? Just wondering if we are showing it wrong to our students now that the page has been updated. Thanks!

I went Resources (in the black strip), clicked on Resource Packs and in the Search boxes put in Impressionism for keyword and Art for subject area. Then I clicked the Resource Pack button. The Resource packs appeared but I know they exist. When I searched for something I didn't know whether it might exist, I got flipcharts.

So I think if the search for Resource Packs doesn't find any Resource Packs it defaults to finding fliphcarts.

You didn't do anything wrong! The resource packs didn't exist.
