I'm looking for a spinner with 4 choices, that is animated. Or how to make the arrow spin on a spinner picture. It is already restricted, I just want to animate the arrow.

There is a resource Pack called Classroom Management Resource Pack which has pre-done pages and one of the pages includes a spinner that you can customize the number segments desired.
