Why don't A,B.C show on answers?

I've created a quiz with Question Master but on my flipchart A,B,and C don't show with the answers and the questions aren't numbered. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, have you installed the MV disk that comes with the voting? It can be found in the form in the lid of the voting case. When you install the disk you will get buttons and pre-designed voting pages and loads of sample flipcharts to look at. It also includes video tutorials on how to use the Activotes. There is a tutorial there explaining how the Question Master works.

Have a look an see if you can find it. If not I will try and upload the file for you.
