If you create a flichart that links to another flipchart (Voter Assessment), how do I link back to the original flipchart without linking to the first page? In other words, can I link to a specific page in a flipchart or do I have to link to the first page? Thanks! :)

As always, I could be wrong, but I don't think it's possible to link to anything other than page 1 of a different flipchart. I just checked again and didn't see how to do that.

However, when you have flipchart 1 open, then click an action to flipchart 2, flipchart 1 stays open in the background. Once you are done in Flipchart 2, you can click on the A in the top right corner for Arrange Windows, and select flipchart 1. That will switch you back to where you were originally.

Sounds like a good functionality to add, though...Open Embedded Document, then when Activstudio sees it's a Flipchart, it offers a preview of pages to link directly to.

You can open a flipchart from a link at a specific page
Do right click & add flipchart link
Select your flipchart & how you want the link to display on the page
Put a tick in store in flipchart so that it is embedded
Put the page number you want it to open at in the command line parameter box.
So if you put 5 in that box then when you click on the link then the flipchart will open at page 5

I see that you get the option to add the page number on the PC, but not on the Mac - at least I didn't see it there....

I don't see the page option on the Mac either. Maybe I should create the link on my Windows version and then move it to the mac and see if it still works. What a handy feature.

That works in Activstudio, but what about Activprimary? Thanks! :)
