Is there a way to zoom in, or make the thumbnails of the pages in the page organizer larger?

Thanks:)

Hi

I am afraid there isn't, but you could go into Flipchart Builder and that does allow you to do that....

I also have found it handy to turn on "labels" within the resource library since they give good clues about the tiny pictures. This is done by clicking the small "M" at the top of the resource library (by the word library) and clicking the "labels" choice

 This is how I have done it on the PC - I'm not sure if it is exactly the same on mac but it may give a clue.

In the PC version of Activstudio the size that you select for the thumbnails in the Page Selector is repeated in the Page Organiser view...
To do that: with Page Selector selected > right-click over a thumbnail and choose the size you want (Small Medium or Large..)
Close Page Selector - now the thumbnails in Page Organiser will be the same size.
Let us know if that works for Mac as well?

In the Mac version, if you look at the lower corner of the side of the screen where your toolstrip is (the bar containing the page turn buttons), you will see a little gear. If you click on that gear you'll find a very useful menu that allows you to do several things, including changing the size of the thumbnails in the Page Selector and the Page Organizer. By default, the size is set to medium. I've attached two screenshots - one showing the menu, and one showing a sample of thumbnails with the size set to large. I'm not sure if these are big enough for you, but they're definitely bigger than the medium ones are!

Thanks, June, I never knew that. I had mine on small :( I've always wondered how people could see the preview in page organizer.

Please help. Some how I managed to get the page selector opening horizontally instead of vertically. I cannot find out how to get it set back to horizontal. Thanks:-/

Go to the gear icon in the lower right corner. Go to Page Selector - move to right. Does that do it??

There's one more thing you can do on the Mac to zoom. Go to the Apple Menu - System Prefs - Universal Access. Turn zoom on. Go to Options in that section. Pull the Maximum Zoom to about 4. Click done.

Then go to the Page Organizer. Put your mouse over the pages you want to zoom in on. Then hold down the option and command (open apple) keys and the = key. It will zoom in. To zoom out, hold down option, command, and press the minus (-) key. It can make you seasick , but it works!!

Hi Char --

I'm doing fine, thanks for asking. The board certainly makes it a lot easier for me to teach.

I hope we meet up again soon!

Thanks, so much for this information. I had large size on one computer, but not the other and could not figure out how to change it!
