Hi guys,

I'm after a few ideas of reducing glare on our Interactive Whiteboards. I have sent the following support to see if they have any ideas too!

"Hi,

We are having a few problems with roof windows creating a lot of glare on the Interactive Whiteboards, one of the main problems is that we can't block them off or put any form of blinds on them due to their position.

Do you know of any other solutions, or anything we can do to minimise the glare from past experience with installations at other sites? Is there anything that we can put onto the whitenboards to make them less shiny?

Thanks for your help, and sorry for the strange question."

It is a strange one, but sometimes you don't get if you don't ask! ;)

Thanks guys! :D

Hi there!

This past fall in an effort to cut down on the amount of heat entering our classrooms, our administration put a film on the windows (which blocked the sunlight from coming in) kind of like a pair of sunglasses. Not only did it eliminate some of the heat that entered the room, it made it look dreary outside everyday and there was a little less glare on the board. It might be something to experiment with. Hope you find something that works.
