Just a quick note to let you know what is upcoming on the US Planet's Seasonal Selections.
I know I should keep it as a surprise  but I wanted to give you guys time to submit additional resources you may have been hoarding or hadn't had time to submit yet! ????
Here are the expected themes:
Colonial America (up through the Revolutionary War)
The Olympics (Health and Fitness related stuff)
China (The country itself and also Mandarin- Olympic Games in Beijing)
Greece and Rome (in celebration of the Olympics)
Working with Data (those behind the scenes guys at the Olympics sure have a lot of data to handle!)I've already found tons of flipcharts and websites for these but if you have more, please do share and I'll be sure to add them!

Can you tell me how to upload a resource from My Collection? I don't mind sharing, if I only knew how. I saw an option for me to upload a flipchart or weblink. Mine are actually letters stored independently in my personal resource file.
Thanks for the info!

I don't think for right now you can post a resource pack. But if you put all of the resources in a flipchart and post it here on the forum (If it fits), I'll look through them and will see if I can make a resource pack out of it!

Lisa,
I am attaching 3 calendar organizers. I got the idea from Holli at NECC, but I couldn't find her samples on the Planet. She says that she creates links for each part of her lesson, so that she can re-arrange resources and help a sub can stay on task if she is out. I like the month at a glance/ week at a glance feeling of these.

Cindy,
Those are way cool. Now I will have to play and make them work for my schedule.
Thank you so much for sharing.[clap][clap]

By the way, to export resources, you'll need to group them together into a folder- you can do this either in Windows/Finder or in the Activresource manager (Under the New/Open tab of the dashboard). From here, navigate to your folder and hit the export button. Select the appropriate options, select a location to save to and a file name, and you should be set.
As Lisa points out, I don't think you can upload these to Planet, but this may be useful for sharing amongst your colleagues.

Thanks Holli for the compliment and the idea! I was excited to try it after returning home. You and the others were so inspirational - I even made 3 scratch off cards similar to the 4th of July video on ActivTips.[clap]
Lisa - I did upload them to the Planet, but I am not sure if they made it through.

Lisa - Here are the original resources to which I was referring. These are dot letters. I hope they come through. I attempted to follow Daniel's directions.

Yes, that is how you attach them to a forum post, but I would suggest that you submit them to Planet so that they will be in the lesson database.
Here is a link to the page where you can submit the flipcharts:

Cindy,
I got the upper case letters unpacked, but the lower case one do not seem to be there. I'll try it again! :-/

Holli,
Check Planet resources - calendar (by choosing 9-12, it is easier to find). I am adding months even now! I love your idea...thank you again :)
