Has anyone had any success editing / adding key words for clipart in the Resource Library? I find the Search function quite useless since a lot of clipart doesn't have useful key words associated with it. However, I don't seem to be able to open the "Keyword Editor" which is mentioned in the Help file.

Drag the clipart on to the flipchart page, then double click it to bing up the Object Edit box. Click the Properties icon (Red tick) and choose Identification. You will be able to edit the keywords here. When happy drag the edited object back into the Resource library and overwrite the original.
Note: If clipart objects are grouped you need to ungroup and keyword the individual components - don't forget to re-group before dragging back to the resource library.

Peter might know the answer to this.

But after you change the keywords, do you need to re-index the Resource Library? I know it won't do any harm, but I'm not sure if it will help.

Hi Scott
Re indexing will allow the Search function to pick up the item with the new keyword.

That is what I figured, just wanted to double check. I figure someone else might have the same question, so now the answer is posted! :)
